Biography
With nearly 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Kim has a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives that elevate organizational missions and create lasting impact. Her expertise spans fundraising, development, marketing, brand strategy, and PR/communications, including leadership roles overseeing innovative programs, revenue-generating social enterprises, and statewide initiatives.
During her tenure at Arc Broward, Kim oversaw the Florida Autism License Plate Program, administered by Arc Broward on behalf of the Autism Services Grants Council, which she also chaired. Under her leadership, grant funds from the sales of Florida’s “Support Autism Programs” specialty plates were strategically leveraged to expand funding for autism programs statewide.
Kim is passionate about advancing meaningful causes through strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and relationship building. Known for her strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence, she consistently delivered significant outcomes by fostering collaboration and leveraging opportunities for growth.
A Florida native and proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, Kim is also an alumna of Leadership Broward Foundation’s Class XXXIV, where she previously served as Board Chair and remained actively involved.

Kim is the mother of two daughters, Kiely and Palmer. Kiely’s diagnosis with a rare genetic syndrome shortly after her birth in 2017 made the mission behind Kim’s work deeply personal, fueling her dedication to creating meaningful change for children and adults with disabilities.
