Biography

Jonathan K. Osborne is a trial attorney and former federal prosecutor, who concentrates his practice in the areas of business disputes, corporate investigations, and white collar criminal defense. In his daily practice, he represents clients in state and federal courts and before arbitration tribunals; leads internal investigations; and defends businesses and their interests when faced with government scrutiny. Formerly, as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida, Jonathan prosecuted criminal cases involving allegations of fraud; computer crimes and identity theft; money laundering; bribery; human smuggling; international narcotics trafficking; and murder. Furthermore, Jonathan teamed with financial regulators, including the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and led cross-border investigations with U.S. Embassy officials and law enforcement in Europe, South and Central America and the Caribbean.
