Biography
Felipe began his career with Hispanic Unity of Florida, a large community-based organization dedicated to the immigrant population, in 2002. He is a seasoned human services leader and advocate for working families with experience in organizational strategy, program design, and fundraising.
Felipe has served on several state and local boards and committees. He currently serves on the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance Board and the Career Source of Broward Board. He is also the co-chair of Prosperity Partnership's Racial Equity pillar. His recognitions include the Hollywood Junior Chamber (Jaycees) Outstanding Young Non-Profit Executive award (2009) and the Colombia Day Proclamation Award from Senator Annette Taddeo (Florida Senate District 40) for contributions to Florida (2022).
Felipe has a master’s in public administration from Nova Southeastern University.
