Biography
Catherine is motivated to enhance the quality of life of the current and future generations by leading with people-centered solutions, leveraging data to achieve long-term elevated standards of equity and climate resilience.
At WSP USA, Catherine leads the resilience and sustainability practice in South Florida and assists public agencies with developing and prioritizing climate-resilient strategies. She also serves on the board of Directors for Resiliency Florida, a non-profit entity. She served in public service for over 14 years in Miami-Dade County and the City of Fort Lauderdale. She worked directly with communities at these entities to develop safe, resilient infrastructure.
Catherine has a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Miami. She and her husband made South Florida their home when they moved to the U.S. and live with their two boys, ages 10 and 12. When away from work, you will see Catherine volunteering at the school garden, riding a bike with her boys, or enjoying the board game Catan.
