Biography
Mandy is dedicated to growing and maintaining positive, long-lasting relationships with municipal, community, and business leaders in the Miami-Dade region and advocates for projects that require public support to be successful. He has held his current position since March 2022 and joined the company in 2008.
For the past 10 years, Mandy has overseen governmental relations throughout Miami-Dade as a member of the external affairs business unit. Prior to joining external affairs, he supported FPL FiberNet, a subsidiary of NextEra Energy, as a wireless attachment project manager and fiber to the cell site program manager.
Mandy holds a bachelor's degree in public administration from Florida International University, where he graduated magna cum laude as a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and Phi Kappa Kappa Honor Society. A South Florida native, Armando resides in Coral Gables with wife Analia.
