Kimberly Clark Menchion, Esq. serves as the General Counsel and Director of Legal Services for the Florida Education Association. Her primary role as the General Counsel is to serve as a member of the management team and an advisor to FEA's executive officers and management team. Additionally, she is responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of the Legal Services Department. Kimberly values making other's lives better through advocacy, leadership, training, and inspiration. She founded the MLK Dare to Dream, Association, Inc., and along with dedicated local leaders, government partners, and private partners hosted the MLK Dare to Dream festival for 7 years. She serves on the Florida Bar's Solo & Small Firm Executive Council and previously on the Goodwill Big Bend Board of Directors. She was selected as one of the 25 Women You Need to Know and a 2018 Servant Leadership Finalist. Kimberly enjoys traveling outdoor activities and movies. She is married with two young sons.
