Biography
Kiana is a transformational leader with 15 years of strategic program management, policy, and employee development experience in corporate and public sector organizations. She is a recognized leader with a proven track record of success with leading teams from five up to 100 people spread across multiple locations.
In her current role, Kiana leads strategy, business development, and strategic marketing efforts to support government technology needs. She is actively involved in several organizations in the Tampa Bay area, including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Junior League of Tampa. She serves on a variety of non-profit boards and is a strong advocate of women’s empowerment and youth development programs.
Kiana is a proud University of South Florida alumna, where she double majored in interpersonal and organizational communication and public relations. She later earned a Master of Business Administration at St. Leo University.
