Biography
Ginger Cruze has been in the field of education for the past 31 years. She currently serves as Principal at West Port High School in Marion County. West Port is the largest high school in Marion County. Ginger started her tenure in education at the College of Central Florida for 11 years working in various capacities leaving in July of 2000 as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness. She also served as an adjunct instructor for 15 years at the CCF and UCF. Ginger began her career with Marion County Public Schools in August 2000 as a teacher and then transitioned to a Reading Coach position at several levels for ten years. She moved into leadership in 2015. Ginger has her Bachelor in Science degree in Business from the University of Tennessee, her MBA from Saint Leo University, and her Educational Specialist degree from Nova Southeastern University. Ginger has been married for 35 years to her husband Randy and their two adult children Jordan and Cailin who are both educators.
