Biography
Dianna joined Cognia in 2018, where she provides support to schools and school districts with the accreditation and continuous improvement process. As senior director for the Southeast region, she collaborates with Florida schools on strategic planning and professional learning to optimize success for every student.
Before joining Cognia, Dianna was an educator and school improvement and district accreditation specialist for the School District of Palm Beach County. Before ending her 12-year tenure with the 11th largest school district in the U.S., she oversaw investigations of employee misconduct as the director of professional standards.
Dianna and her husband, Marty, moved to Florida from Connecticut in 1988. When their triplets started kindergarten, Dianna continued her education and ultimately received her master's degree in educational leadership K-12 from Florida Atlantic University.
In her free time, Dianna enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
