Biography
Bob is chairman of Horizon Partners, Ltd., headquartered in Naples, Florida. Horizon Partners, Ltd. is a private family holding company. Its principal operating company, of which Bob is chairman, is Xymox Technologies, Inc., a Milwaukee-based manufacturer of printed electronics products with a focus on human-machine interface devices. The company has manufacturing facilities in the United States and in Huizhou, China through a strategic alliance partnership. Customers include leading companies in the medical, industrial, appliance, and defense industries.
Bob has significant experience as a director of numerous corporations. In addition to being a director of Xymox Technologies, Inc., he is an immediate past director and founder of TGR Financial, Inc., a Naples-based publicly held bank holding company that merged in December 2021 with First Foundation Bank. During his career, he has served on 15 corporate and five non-profit Boards of Directors.
Bob resides in Naples with his wife, Mary Diane ("Deenie").
