Biography
Barbara’s 20 years of leadership experience in nonprofit organizations has secured over $100M for education, affordable housing, healthcare, and food banking.
After graduating from FSU with a Bachelor of Science degree, Barbara has consistently been recognized by colleagues for outstanding contributions, including Outstanding Fundraising Executive by the Collier-Lee chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2017 and subsequently earning a Certified Fundraising Executive certificate in December 2018. Barbara graduated from Leadership Collier class of 2018 and is a member of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
As a fourth-generation Floridian and Italian, Barbara has settled in Naples with her husband, Jonathan, and their two school-age children, Luca and Vittoria, and their dog, Bella. Barbara is the lead acolyte at St. Monica’s Episcopal Church. She loves to be on the water, to travel (especially to Tuscany), and cook with her family.
